Shamrock Construction and Maintenance exploded on the Pacific Northwest building scene as a result of the
creative vision of owner Ron Barnes. Previously, he had been involved with commercial endeavors that
included tenant remodels at large shopping centers. His artful eye eventually led him to expand his young
business to include residential remodels of some of Spokane's finer, older south hill homes.
It was in 1996 that Ron realized his ultimate dream of building his first custom home at Eagle Ridge under
his exacting eye with a special attention to detail, Shamrock has directed its interest in new residential
construction, building over 150 homes in the Spokane area, Moscow, Colfax, Pullman, Ritzville, Oakesdale,
and the Palouse. Currently, Shamrock has projects at Wandermere Estates, Shawnee Canyon Estates, Hillside
Park, Medical Lake, and the Five Mile Prairie.
Shamrock Construction is a family-owned company that takes great pride in working with their customers and

Ron is ably assisted by his son, Nick, who is on-site overseeing that each detail is completed perfectly
and on schedule.
His daughter, Emily, a graduate with a degree in Fine Arts from WSU, helps customers through the process
of choosing interior and exterior design packages.
